We collect: account data (name, email, credentials); data from the networks you connect, through their official authorization (identifiers, profile, and the events and content needed to run the features you enable); usage and technical data (logs, workflow executions); and billing data processed by our payment provider.

We only collect the data needed to provide the Service and the features you activate.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to: provide and operate the Service; run the workflows, publishing, engagement and moderation features you configure; manage your account, plan and billing; ensure the security of the Service; and, where applicable and on the appropriate basis, improve the Service.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies, depending on the case, on the performance of the contract (providing the Service), your consent (for optional features such as connecting a given network), the Publisher's legitimate interest (security, improvement) and compliance with legal obligations (accounting, retention).

5. Third parties and processors

To operate the Service, we use processors, including hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment provider (Stripe) and the third-party networks you connect. AI features rely on the AI provider whose API key you configure. Each processor acts on our instructions or under its own terms for the parts that concern it.

6. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as your account is active and for the periods required to meet our legal obligations. Community and workspace data can be erased per workspace. Inactive accounts may be deleted after a period of inactivity, subject to prior notice where required.

7. Data sharing and transfers

Data is hosted in Europe. We do not sell your personal data. Any transfer outside the European Union, where it takes place through a processor, is framed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures suited to the risk: a dedicated database per workspace with no mixing between communities, access controls, encryption of secrets, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to react to incidents.

9. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to and to restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account or by contacting us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

The public website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to work and to remember your preferences (such as language). Any non-essential measurement would be subject to your prior consent.
