LibertyTalk is built with you

LibertyTalk is an ambitious project, born from a real need and built over more than five years. Today, it enters a new phase: structuring, expanding, and co-building with its community.

01

A real need, still poorly addressed

Associations, businesses, creators, local authorities — everyone manages communities with fragmented, rigid tools that were never designed to grow together. The result? Wasted time, wasted energy, and untapped potential.

02

5 years in the making

LibertyTalk is not a project born yesterday.

2021

La Forge — the origin

It all starts with the creation of a Web3 community called La Forge. That's where the need emerged and the first tools were conceived.

2022 – 2023

First rebuilds

The project is rebuilt twice. Each iteration reveals new technical and human challenges, but lays increasingly solid foundations.

2024

Structuring & field validation

After four years of pitching to associations, businesses, local governments, and creators, one thing is clear: everyone needs LibertyTalk.

Today

Scaling up

The foundations are solid. The team and vision are ready. All that's missing is fuel: you.

03

Why fund us now

To move from passion to cruising speed, LibertyTalk needs to build a team. Developers, infrastructure, marketing — everything is identified, costed, and ready. The fundraising target is €250,000 gross (€150,000 net after fees), covering two developers, a freelance community manager, infrastructure, and marketing for the first year.

04

What we considered

Before arriving here, we reviewed every option.

Incubation

€20,000 for 20% of the company. Too restrictive, poorly aligned with our long-term vision.

Rature

Public funding

Inaccessible before advanced administrative maturity. Still out of reach in the European context.

Rature

Private investors

Interesting on paper, but limiting for our strategic independence and freedom to innovate.

Rature

Crowdfunding

Close to our values, but one-shot, no real asset for contributors, and with heavy platform commissions.

Our answer: NFTs as financial assets

Inspired by the Bowie Bonds

David Bowie popularized Revenue-Based Financing (RBF): his investors purchased royalty rights on his works, recovering their investment and more based on real performance. This model is almost perfect — but the European legal framework and our SASU structure make it inapplicable. That's where technology comes in. Well-designed NFTs can replicate this exact mechanic: you acquire an asset and automatically, transparently receive royalty rights on LibertyTalk's revenues.

06

NFT Tiers

460 assets, 5 rarity levels. Each gives you proportional access to LibertyTalk's revenues.

07

How it works in practice

Illustrative scenario at €1,000,000 annual revenue

1

30% of revenues cover operating costs → €700,000 net profit.

2

15% of profit is redistributed to NFT holders → a pool of €105,000 per year.

3

Each NFT automatically receives its proportional share, transparently and programmatically on-chain.

Indicative simulation based on a hypothetical €1M revenue. Figures do not constitute a promise of return.

08

What you get

  • Automated, transparent royalty rights proportional to your tier
  • Privileged access to LibertyTalk based on the asset tier you hold
  • Exclusive features and benefits tied to your NFT
  • Participation in future governance through the DAO
  • An active, recognized role in building the project
09

A long-term vision

Ultimately, LibertyTalk aims for community governance through a DAO. The more holders participate, the faster this structure will grow. The DAO is a core objective, perfectly aligned with our conviction: an informed community makes better decisions — and builds better products.
